SuiteCX has a central repository of interaction points for every given Project. We use it to store, manage, filter, and query our Interaction points. Some of the enhancements that we have been working on will continue to make the IPoint Database appealing as a stand-alone visualization.
The most recent of these innovations is based on the concept of using Colors to identify business entities or departments who are responsible for various customer interactions. In addition to our concept of Lifecycle x Department (or) Lifecycle x Channel, we are creating a super simplified view of the IPoint database driven and managed by the user based on background colors.
