2018 was an excellent year for SuiteCX.

The Aragon Research Tech Spectrum for Customer Journey Mapping, 2019 evaluated twenty-seven major providers in this emerging market. SuiteCX was evaluated based on the completeness of its strategy and performance. According to the report, SuiteCX’s strengths include its “integrated rich functionality” with VOC vendors as well as its “deep analysis capabilities,” among other strengths.
